    What payment methods do you accept?

    Checkout is hosted by Stripe and dynamically shows methods that are eligible for your location, device, currency, and purchase. Common options can include major cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Link, but the exact list is confirmed at checkout.

    What is the difference between monthly and yearly pricing?

    Monthly plans bill and issue credits each month. Yearly plans bill once a year, while credits are released in twelve monthly grants during the paid yearly period rather than all at once.

    How are credits deducted for image or video generation?

    The server calculates the credit price from the selected model and settings before a task starts. Credits are reserved when the task is created, captured after a successful result, and released if the task fails, is canceled, or expires.

    Do unused credits roll over to the next billing cycle?

    Subscription credits belong to their paid monthly period and expire when that period ends. Credits bought through a one-time Credit Pack do not expire.

    What if I need more credits?

    You can buy a one-time Credit Pack without changing your subscription. The added credits do not expire, but a Credit Pack does not unlock subscription-only Premium models or private-by-default generations.

    Are there any hidden fees?

    Nuzza prices are shown in USD. Applicable VAT, sales tax, or other local taxes are calculated by Stripe from your billing information and displayed before you confirm payment.

    What is your refund policy?

    Refund eligibility depends on the purchase type, payment status, and whether the granted credits have been used or reserved. Read the Refund Policy

    Are Credit Packs subscriptions?

    No. A Credit Pack is a one-time balance top-up with no recurring charge or automatic renewal. It does not create, replace, or upgrade a subscription.
