What payment methods do you accept?

Which Nuzza AI plans and billing options can I choose?
This page offers three subscription plans: Lite, Pro, and Ultra. Choose monthly or yearly billing, with yearly savings of 20% on Lite, 25% on Pro, and 30% on Ultra. One-time credit packs add to your shared Nuzza AI balance and do not require a subscription. Monthly plans bill and issue credits each month. Yearly plans bill once a year, while credits are released in twelve monthly grants rather than all at once.
How are credits used for Photo to Video?
Nuzza AI shows the credit cost before you generate, based on the template, length, and output settings. Credits are reserved when a task starts and settled according to its outcome.
How many videos can I create?
Lite includes about 4 videos per month, Pro about 9, and Ultra about 20, based on 15-second videos at the default settings. Shorter templates, including some 8-second videos, can use fewer credits. The number you can create depends on the template and settings; check the credit quote before generating.
Do unused credits roll over to the next billing cycle?
Subscription credits belong to their paid monthly period and expire when that period ends. Credits bought through a one-time credit pack do not expire.
What if I need more credits?
Buy a one-time credit pack to add credits that never expire. Your subscription tier stays the same.
Are there any hidden fees?
Nuzza AI prices are shown in USD. Applicable VAT, sales tax, or other local taxes are calculated by Stripe from your billing information and displayed before you confirm payment.
What is your refund policy?

Are one-time credit packs subscriptions?
No. A credit pack is a one-time purchase with no recurring charge or automatic renewal. It adds the credits shown in Pricing and does not create, replace, or upgrade a subscription.
